摘要:
To date, the drive to realize three-dimensional (3D) plasmonic nanostructures, such as optical metamaterials, metasurfaces and nano-antennas, faces major challenges in producing metallic nanostructures with sophisticated shapes, easily definable orientations, and smooth surfaces that are operational in the optical region. Here we report on two of our recent progresses in the advanced 3D nanofabrication and their applications in nanophotonics. The first is direct laser writing of symmetry-broken spiral tapers for 3D polarization-insensitive plasmonic focusing, which has been successfully demonstrated as a near-field scanning optical probe. The second is focused-ion-beam based shape transformation of exotic 3D metamaterials and metasurfaces, which exhibited exceptional Fano resonances and giant optical chirality. These two methodologies could help to produce unique 3D plasmonic nanostructures opening up new avenues for the intriguing manipulation of light-matter interaction.

李家方,中科院物理所副研究員。2002年與2005年分別于南開大學(xué)呂可誠教授課題組獲學(xué)士、碩士學(xué)位,,2009年于澳大利亞斯文本科技大學(xué)顧敏教授/院士課題組獲博士學(xué)位,,2017年9-12月于麻省理工學(xué)院學(xué)院方絢萊教授課題組進(jìn)行訪問研究,,2009年7月開始在中科院物理所光物理實(shí)驗(yàn)室從事納米光子學(xué)方面的工作。研究聚焦于納米光子學(xué)及三維納米制造領(lǐng)域,,特別是三維表面等離激元結(jié)構(gòu)及光子晶體結(jié)構(gòu)中光和物質(zhì)的相互作用,,并致力于發(fā)展激光直寫、聚焦離子束折疊等三維微納加工技術(shù)與應(yīng)用,,獲得若干創(chuàng)新性成果,。在Science Advances, Light: Science & applications, Advanced Materials,Laser & Photonics Review, Small, Advanced Optical Materials等國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)期刊上已接收/發(fā)表文章60余篇,,引用1000余次(Google Scholar),。
