摘要:
In this talk, I will review our recent first-principles scattering calculations [1] of magnetization dissipation in complex magnetic nanostructures that form the active parts of spintronics devices. By calculating the magnetic damping in the multilayers consisting of ferromagnetic and nonmagnetic thin films, ferromagnetic domain walls [2, 3] and antiferromagnetic materials [4], we present the generalized spin pumping theory in the above systems, where rich physics has been generated by the pumped spin current associated with the dynamic motion of local magnetization. For antiferromagnetic materials, we have developed rigorous dynamical equations of magnetization dynamics [5], which essentially unify the present phenomenological theories in literature.

簡歷:
袁喆,在清華大學(xué)物理系就讀本科和研究生,;獲瑞典Chalmers理工大學(xué)博士學(xué)位,;隨后在中科院物理研究所,荷蘭Twente大學(xué),,德國Mainz大學(xué)等機(jī)構(gòu)工作,;2015年入職北京師范大學(xué);主要從事量子自旋輸運(yùn),、納米光學(xué)等凝聚態(tài)物理的理論與第一原理計(jì)算研究,。
