【主講人簡介】

　　陳正興教授1947年生于臺灣，1969與1971年分別獲得成功大學機械工程學士,、碩士,，1977與1979年分別獲得美國密西根大學航空航天工程碩士、博士,；并于2001年當選國際宇航科學院（International Academy of Astronautics（IAA））院士,。陳教授在航空宇航科學領(lǐng)域多次擔任學術(shù)研討會主席、任多個學術(shù)委員會委員,，主持多項科研計劃,，發(fā)表學術(shù)論文兩百余篇，獲2項專利,。陳教授現(xiàn)任宇航學科頂級學術(shù)期刊Acta Astronautica的總編輯,、加拿大瑞爾森大學航空航天工程系兼任教授；并自1990年起兼任宇航學科頂級期刊Journal of Guidance,，Control,，and Dynamics的國際顧問至今。

Prof. Jeng-Shing Chern was born in Taiwan in 1947. He obtained BS and MS degrees from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Cheng Kung University (Taiwan) in 1969 and 1971, and MS and PhD from the Department of Aerospace Engineering, University of Michigan (USA), respectively. For the past 50 years, Prof. Chern has been serving as the chair and committee member in many international conferences and symposiums, serving as the Co-Editor (2008 to 2010) and the Editor-in-Chief (2011 to present) of Acta Astronautica (official journal of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA)), and as the International Advisor of the Journal of Guidance, Control, and Dynamics (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, AIAA). He has more than 200 publications and 2 patents, and is currently a Member of the IAA, and is also an Adjunct Professor, Department of Aerospace Engineering, Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada.

【講座信息】

　　學術(shù)不端包括造假,、變造,、篡改等，除文字以外,，圖,、表、公式,、數(shù)據(jù),、計算機程序等方面都有可能存在學術(shù)不端的行為。論文撰寫注重的是著作權(quán),，也是知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的一部分,，因此必須非常謹慎、認真地看待學術(shù)不端這一問題,。報告人將分別介紹作者的定義,、共同作者與通信作者,，以及在學術(shù)論文撰寫過程中所存在的造假,、變造、抄襲,、剽竊,、隱匿,、重復、引注不當?shù)葘W術(shù)不端行為,。結(jié)合學術(shù)不端的案例,，介紹學術(shù)不端產(chǎn)生的后果。
