Mihail Grecea 1971年生于羅馬尼亞,,1996年畢業(yè)于布加勒斯特大學(xué)化學(xué)系,,1995-2001年期間任職于羅馬尼亞布加勒斯特微技術(shù)研究所(IMT),,2006年獲得了荷蘭萊頓大學(xué)物理化學(xué)博士學(xué)位,博士研究方向?yàn)楸瞎庹T導(dǎo)分子過程,,2006-2011年期間于阿姆斯特丹大學(xué)(UVA)和材料創(chuàng)新研究所(M2I)/荷蘭基礎(chǔ)能源研究所(DIFFER)從事博士后研究工作,,自2011年2月以來一直任職于荷蘭Elsevier總部,2013年5月15日成為Elsevier的出版?zhèn)惱韺<?,并?018年8月開始成為Applied Energy & Power期刊的出版人,。
Mihail Grecea was born in Romania in 1971. He graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Bucharest in 1996. Between 1995 and 2001, he was employed by the Institute of Microtechnologies (IMT) Bucharest, Romania. In 2006, Mihail obtained his PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands, with the PhD Thesis entitled "Light-induced molecular processes on ice". Between 2006 and 2011, he was affiliated, as a postdoctoral researcher, with the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and Materials innovation institute M2i / Dutch Institute for Fundamental Energy Research DIFFER. Since February 2011 Mihail has been employed by Elsevier and located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Mihail became the expert in publishing ethics at Elsevier at 15 May 2013, and in August 2018 he started a secondment as a publisher of the Applied Energy & Power journals.

科學(xué)論文的發(fā)表對于科技成果的國際推廣、同行之間的學(xué)術(shù)交流以及科研思路的進(jìn)一步提煉和探究至關(guān)重要,。本報(bào)告的目的是向作者提供有關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)論文出版的背景信息,,并概述出版論文需要遵循的重要步驟。報(bào)告的第二部分重點(diǎn)討論審稿過程,,特別介紹如何寫好論文評審意見,,剖析同行評審過程中作者、編輯和審稿人的預(yù)期,。最后,,分享一些關(guān)于期刊出版的實(shí)際案例。
Publishing in a scientific journal is paramount for disseminating worldwide the results of the authors' scientific activity, networking with other scholars, and further refining ideas and research. The goal of this presentation is to provide authors with background information on academic publishing and outline the important steps you need to follow to prepare your manuscript for publication. The second part of the presentation focuses on the peer-review process, in particular on how to write a good review. Guidelines on what is expected from the stakeholders of the peer-review process (authors, editors and reviewers) is included. Eventually a journey throughout the good practice on the publishing ethics is provided for both the authors and the reviewers.
