Kim Jong Seung教授,,韓國(guó)高麗大學(xué)化學(xué)系教授,,韓國(guó)科學(xué)院院士,主要研究興趣包括靶向藥物釋放系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),,生物熒光成像與老年癡呆綜合癥的檢測(cè)與治療方法研究,,主客體化學(xué)及杯芳烴化學(xué)等領(lǐng)域,近年來(lái)在J.Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed, Chem. Science, Chem. Rev., Chem. Soc. Rev.等國(guó)際著名期刊上發(fā)表研究論文及綜述430篇左右,,總引用次數(shù)達(dá)31500次,,個(gè)人H-index:93,獲得授權(quán)專利約70項(xiàng),。
【講座信息】
基因組學(xué)、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)的發(fā)展對(duì)抗癌藥物的開發(fā)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,,可以減少藥物濫用,,增加安全和特異性的藥物治療。治療診斷學(xué)將治療與診斷相結(jié)合,是一種具有腫瘤選擇性靶向,、毒性降低,、副作用小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)的藥物治療方法。磁性顆粒,、介孔二氧化硅,、各種聚合物納米顆粒的治療診斷學(xué)被廣泛認(rèn)可,具有重要的臨床意義,。目前,,基于共軛熒光化合物在癌癥治療和診斷中受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。這些結(jié)構(gòu)相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單,、生物相容性好,。在這次演講中,我將介紹在課題組最新的共軛化合物的治療診斷學(xué)的應(yīng)用及用于腫瘤治療和診斷,。
The advances in genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics have directed the development of new anticancer agents to reduce drug abuse and increase safe and specific drug treatment. Theranostics, combining therapy and diagnosis, is an appealing approach for chemotherapy in medicine which exhibit improved biodistribution, selective cancer targeting ability, reduced toxicity, masked drug efficacy, and minimum side effects. The role of diagnosis tool in theranostic is to collect the information of diseased state before and after specific treatment. Magnetic particle, mesoporous silica, and polymer nanoparticle-based theranostic systems are well accepted and clinically significant. Currently, small conjugate-based systems have received much attention for cancer treatment and diagnosis. The structural architecture of these systems is relatively simple, compact, biocompatible. In this talk, the latest developments on small conjugate based theranostic agents for tumor treatment and diagnosis using fluorescence undertaken in my lab will be given.
