    2006年7月16日至7月23日,,由中科院和北京理工大學(xué)共同承辦的第三十六屆空間科學(xué)大會(huì)在北京隆重召開(kāi),大會(huì)會(huì)場(chǎng)設(shè)在北京理工大學(xué),。中科院副院長(zhǎng)江綿恒任大會(huì)組委會(huì)主任,,我校匡鏡明校長(zhǎng)任大會(huì)組委會(huì)副主任,,趙長(zhǎng)祿副校長(zhǎng)任組委會(huì)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng),。
    世界空間研究組織(Committee on Space Research,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)COSPAR)總部設(shè)于巴黎,每?jī)赡杲M織召開(kāi)一次世界空間科學(xué)大會(huì)(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)COSPAR大會(huì)),是世界空間科學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域水平最高,、規(guī)模最大的盛會(huì),。這次大會(huì)是中國(guó)首次承辦的大型空間科學(xué)會(huì)議,美國(guó),、俄羅斯,、法國(guó)、中國(guó)等70多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)以及歐洲空間局,、中國(guó)國(guó)家航天局、德國(guó)航天局,、日本宇宙航空研究開(kāi)發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)等各主要空間科學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)參加本次大會(huì),。包括1400余名外國(guó)代表在內(nèi)的2000余名學(xué)者和空間技術(shù)專(zhuān)家共聚北京理工大學(xué),就世界空間技術(shù)的開(kāi)創(chuàng)發(fā)展進(jìn)行廣泛深入的交流與研討,。

    近年來(lái),,學(xué)校在保持特色研究基礎(chǔ)上,不斷拓寬新的研究領(lǐng)域,,積極開(kāi)展空間科學(xué)的研究,,在遙感衛(wèi)星快視成像處理系統(tǒng)、星上實(shí)時(shí)信號(hào)處理技術(shù),、微波遙感衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)仿真,、星載新體制擴(kuò)頻應(yīng)答機(jī),、星上無(wú)損數(shù)據(jù)壓縮和圖像壓縮等空間技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域取得許多成果。
    一,、遙感衛(wèi)星快視成像處理系統(tǒng)
    • 基于Compact-PCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和高速實(shí)時(shí)DSP技術(shù)
    • 可以實(shí)時(shí)完成SAR,、可見(jiàn)光,、紅外,、高光譜/多光譜等遙感數(shù)據(jù)處理
    二、星上實(shí)時(shí)信號(hào)處理技術(shù)
    • 基于大規(guī)模FPGA芯片和Compact-PCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
    • 模塊化,、可擴(kuò)展,、可重構(gòu)、可容錯(cuò)
    • 可完成遙感,、通信,、導(dǎo)航等多種不同衛(wèi)星的實(shí)時(shí)信息處理
    三、微波遙感衛(wèi)星系統(tǒng)仿真
    • 微波雷達(dá)遙感系統(tǒng)仿真,,包括軌道參數(shù),、雷達(dá)參數(shù)、回波模擬,、成像算法等
    • 結(jié)合基于Compact-PCI標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高速DSP和高速DAC技術(shù),,可以實(shí)時(shí)生成高分辨率雷達(dá)回波,并可通過(guò)混頻產(chǎn)生中頻,、射頻回波
    四,、星載新體制擴(kuò)頻應(yīng)答機(jī)
    采用數(shù)字?jǐn)U頻寬帶通信技術(shù),可替代現(xiàn)有模擬應(yīng)答機(jī),,大幅度提高應(yīng)答機(jī)性能
    五,、星上無(wú)損數(shù)據(jù)壓縮和圖像壓縮
    采用高速實(shí)時(shí)FPGA和DSP技術(shù),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)星上數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)損壓縮,、或更高壓縮比的無(wú)損壓縮
    六,、其他
    ·三通道圖像融合效果;靜態(tài)圖像彩色融合,;先進(jìn)的圖像處理方法與應(yīng)用—超分辨力成像和基于基于視覺(jué)模型的圖像彩色融合,。
    ·機(jī)器人與無(wú)人探測(cè)平臺(tái)以及月球車(chē)研究

The 36th COSPAR Scientific Assembly in BIT

 

The 36th COSPAR Scientific Assembly, undertaken by Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing Institute of Technology, will be held in Beijing Institute of Technology from July 15 to July 23, 2006. Jiang Mianheng, the vice-president of Chinese Academy of Sciences, holds the post of committee director, BIT president Kuang Jingming the vice- director, and BIT vice-president Zhao Changlu the vice secretary-general.

The Committee on Space Research (COSPAR) with its headquarter in Pairs holds a COSPAR scientific assembly biennially, and this assembly is the highest in rank and scale in the research field of space. It is the fist time for China to undertake such large-scale COSPAR scientific assembly. More than 70 countries and regions, including USA, Russia, France, China, etc. will attend this assembly. Besides, some key space technology research organizations such as European Space Agency, China National Space Administration, Germany Space Administration, and Japanese Aerospace Exploration Administration will participate in this COSPAR scientific assembly. Over 2000 scholars and experts on space technique, of which more than 1400 are foreign representatives, will get together in Beijing Institute of Technology to share ideas with each other on the initiation and development of space technology widely and deeply.

Beijing Institute of Technology, specializing in science and technology and emphasizing the coordinate development of arts, is a national key university with a history of 66 years. Established as one of the first group of “211 project” university, BIT entered into the high-level university “985 project” rank in the form of corporate construction by the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND), the Ministry of Education and Beijing Municipality. As one of the first group to have the right to confer the doctor and master’s degree ratified by the State Department, BIT possesses 11 state key disciplines, 25 ministerial key disciplines, 11 first-class authoritative disciplines for doctor’s degree, 23 first-class authoritative disciplines for master’s degree, 14 postdoctoral ambulatory sites, 61 authoritative majors for doctor’s degree, 144 disciplines authorized to confer master degrees and 3 major disciplines authorized to confer degrees. And there are 3583 faculty members in BIT, of which, 4 are academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences, 10 are academicians of Chinese Academy of Engineering, 1317 are professors and associate professors (including researchers and senior engineers), 257 are supervisors of doctors, 17 are middle-aged and youthful experts with outstanding contributions at the national level, 6 are Chang Jiang Scholars, 251 are Recipients of special subsidies from the central government. BIT has 3 State Key Labs, 4 labs for State Key Disciplines, 1 open lab of the Ministry of Education and 5 key labs of Beijing city. The scientific research projects undertaken by BIT each year are over 1000, and the scientific research outlay is increasing year after year. In 2005, with 780 million outlays for scientific research, BIT obtained 2 awards for science and technology achievements at national level and 35 awards at ministerial level. Besides, 2653 dissertations from BIT were published, of which 908 were collected by Sci, Ei and ISR. 124 patents have been applied for by BIT with 13 letters pattern.

For the recent years, BIT has been broadening the new research fields and has achieved a lot in the research fields of space such as the remote sensing handling system of quick formation of image by satellite, the real-time signal processing technique on satellite, the microwave remote sensing emulation of satellite system, the new-system responder with expanded frequency loaded on satellite, the no-wear data and graphic compression on satellite.

1.     The remote sensing handling system of quick formation of image by satellite

l       Real -time DSP technique with high velocity based on the standard of Compact-PCT

l       Ability to finish the remote sensing data handling such as SAR, visible light, infrared line, high spectrum, multi-spectrum in real time

2.     The real-time signal processing technique on satellite

l       Based on massive FPGA slug and Compact-PCT standard

l       Modularization, expandability, reconstructability, fault tolerability.

l       Ability to finish the real-time information handling of various satellites such as remote sense, correspondence, and guidance.

3The system simulation of the microwave remote sensing satellite

l        The system simulation of the microwave radar remote sensing, includes the orbit parameter, radar parameter, echo wave simulation and imaging algorithm, etc.

l       Combining the technology of  Compact-PCI based standard’s quick-speed DSP and quick-speed DAC, it can generates high resolution radar echo wave in time, what’s more, it also can generate midfrequency and radio-wave frequency echo wave through frequency mixing.

4The space-borne new system responder of enlarging frequency.

  Using the technology of number enlarging frequency wide-band communication can replace present simulating responder and can enhance responder’s nature to a great extent.

5No-wear data and image compressing on space

  Using the technology of high-speed timely FPGA and DSP can make no-wear data compress and higher compressing ratio no-wear compress come true.

6Others

l       The image fusion effect with three dimension; color fusion of static stage image; advanced image-processing method and applying a super resolution imaging, and  image color fusion of video proto based.

l       Robot, no-man exploring flatform and moonmobile research.

 

Beijing Institute of Technology is always persisting in the teaching ideology that teaching should face to modernization, the world and the future.
